Do I need to manually update my project status?Projects in Shotlist have four statuses: Draft, Pending, Active, and Completed. Draft status signifies that the project has not yet been “Published” and that all invited collaborators have not yet been sent project invitations. This is where you can freely work on finalizing any project information until ready. Pending status signifies that the project is awaiting further action to proceed with the project in Active status. Active status signifies that the project is live and allows the completion of shots in each shotlist. Shotlist allows the user to automatically change the status from Pending to Active in the event that a user needs to start completing shots while on set (In the project’s menu, toggle “Status Assistant'' to turn this feature ON or OFF). Completed status signifies that the project has been completed in its entirety with all shots having been checked and completed. If “Status Assistant'' is turned OFF, the project owner will need to manually complete the project in the status menu.
